Quick Sweat Bodyweight Cardio Workout
Getting this blog together came from a number of us making friends at a gym – unfortunately where we were already slacking off because we were in a bit of a rut enthusiasm-wise, and all agreed this stationary sweat and toil as for our younger selves, not us.
So we joined a local outdoor fitness group – a boot camp – and wow that made a difference to all of us!
With this in mind, we thought it would be a good idea to spread the word, as we all want to lose various amounts of weight and build up and tone our muscles… and we suspect you do, too!
